We have expert knowledge of the Menai Straits and the surrounding coastline and we cater for both private and corporate clients. Our personable and friendly skippers live in the area; have an intimate knowledge of the boats and of the areas in which we operate.

Our six metre RIBs are fun, fast and safe, and are equipped to the highest standard. They are licensed to carry up to eight people (including the skipper) and are fully MCA coded by the coastguards.

SELF DRIVE RIB HIRE We have two boats available for hire which are ideal for family use, with seating for Six or Eight people. They are fitted out to the highest standard including Life-rafts, Auto gas Life Jackets, GPS plotters, fixed VHF radios, first aid kit and a long list of essential extras both vessels are fully MCA coded.

We require users to hold at least an RYA Level Two PowerBoating certificate and VHF Radio Licence.

RYA Courses are available all year at Porth Daniel.

A Thorough hand-over of the boat will be given to ensure the user is as familiar with the boat as possible.

A damage deposit of £250 will be required.

RIB BLAST
Exhilarating 30 minute powerboat taster. Thought the famous a Swellies to a stretch of open water for a high speed blast with some quick turns that will really get the colour back in your cheeks.

Cost – Adults £15 Children £10 per person there is a minimum charge of £55

CRAZY RIB RIDES

	We provide the perfect skippered charter service. Prices include skipper, fuel, buoyancy aids and all necessary safety equipment.
Puffin Island Head out of Menai Bridge then cruise down the Strait past Bangor pier, the picturesque town of Beaumaris with its Medieval Castle and on to Puffin Island for an unmissable view of the many sea birds, including Puffins, which use the island as a nesting ground. If we’re lucky we may see the grey seals that congregate on the far side of the island.
Caernarfon Castle Heading south beneath the Fabulous Menai Bridge, through the famous Swellies & Britannia Bridge, past the stately home of Plas Newydd and Porth Dinorwic on to Caenarfon with its famous castle.
Cost:  Adults £20, children £12 per person. There is a minimum charge of £88. The Rib Ride lasts for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes and the price includes skipper, fuel, buoyancy aids and all necessary safety equipment. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
