Conditions of Booking Porth Daniel Powerboat School reserves the right to cancel a course at any time where it believes that cancellation is necessary due to unsuitable conditions. Course Participation Undertaking which will need to be signed on arrival at the RYA Training Centre: I am confident in water. I am fit to take part in power boating. I will comply with all safety regulations. I accept that I will be participating in a hazardous water sport.
